4. Leadership – this will go without saying, but people must be led. There are leaders and their are followers. You, as the business enterprise owner, must be a Leader. Another members of your team can look for you for leadership. If you’re good, a couple of leaders should emerge and be able to lead other divisions of your business as you continue to expand.
5. Live It – If you’re promoting a work/life balance, then you need to be doing it as well. If you promote the requirement for overtime, then you need to be doing it as well. Again, your team can look for you and if you’re doing the alternative of what you’re promoting, they will not feel like they’re part of the Vision.
